We are currently seeking to appoint a Full-time Associate Pastor responsible for youth and family ministry reporting to the Senior Pastor.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Full-Time pastor to lead the children’s and family ministry. The successful candidate must be someone who can build and establish a youth and family ministry.

  • Is ‘hands on’ and has experience of working with and discipling teenagers and young people.
  • Will play an active part in Church life and be accountable to the Senior Pastor and elders.
  • Will recruit, mentor and support existing youth and family ministry leaders.
  • Will establish appropriate links with external organisations and individuals, such as local schools.
  • Is confident in leading both small and larger groups.
  • Is a team player and works well in a team ministry context.
  • Is able to grow, motivate, equip and lead a team of volunteer leaders.
  • Is self-motivated, flexible and creative.
  • Is a talented networker and communicator.
  • Desires to work with and get alongside families with young children.
  • Is passionate to see young people develop as Christ followers, a strategic thinker and able to plan for new opportunities for young people.
  • Must be in possession of a valid UK driver’s license.
